Dear Sir,

It will be our great pleasure to announce the 24TH AIKF National Championship,
which will be held at NEW INDOOR STADIUM, AURANGABAD MAHARASATHRA.
The tournament will be held from 3rd June to 9th June 2010. Free Lodging and
Boarding to all participants and officials will be provided.

As usual, the Referee and Judges clinic will be held with interpreters, in order to
ensure proper communication to all. The Referee clinic will be conducted by
International qualified Referees of AIKF.

All members / state bodies including Style Chiefs who have not paid the annual
affiliation fees for the year 2010 are requested to clear their entire dues (if any) on or
before 25th May,10 .Failures will not be permitted to take part in the above
championship.

All style Chiefs are requested to kindly contact the concerned state association for
participation. In case the state body does not entertain your school /club, you are
advised to contact the AIKF Head Quarter.

Sub: Notice for Annual General Body meeting of All India Karate do Federation

We take this opportunity to cordially invite you to attend the 24th Annual
General Meeting of All India Karate do Federation, which is going to be held on 8th June, 2010 at Aurangabad Sports Complex at 16.00 P.M.

The following are the agenda of the meeting:
1. To read and confirm the minutes of the 23rd AGM held at Jaipur on 24th Sept-09
2. Current legal status of the Federation.
3. Approval of disputed Affiliated Units.
4. Financial status of the Federation.
5. Allocation of duties of the office bearers of AIKF.
6. Constitution of Referee Council of AIKF.
7. Constitution Technical Committee of AIKF.
8. To read and confirm the amendment of Memorandum of Articles of AIKF.
9. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

Note:

1 Affiliated units/ States are eligible to take part in the A.G.M.
2 Only one representative from each unit will be allowed to attend the AGM.
3 Officials and Style Chiefs are allowed to be a part in the A.G.M as an observer.
4 State units should bring their certified list of present office bearers for official’s
proceedings.

We cordially invite all AIKF members to participate in the 24th AIKF National Championship held from 3rd June to 9th June 2010 at AURANGABAD SPORTS COMPLEX, AURANGABAD MAHARASATHRA. Relevant information related to all the events of the Championship is enclosed. Please return the forms duly filled and submit it before the due date.

Please make sure that you maintain a duplicate copy of the documents forward to the All India Karate-Do Federation Head Quarter and produced at the time of registration. Please note that all the forms must be sent together and shall be submitted on or before 25th May, 2010. The federation shall not entertain any forms sent individually or separately.

24th AIKF NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP

3rd to 9th June 2010 at AURANGABAD

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR COMPETITORS
1. The participants above age of 16 years should have a valid AIKF Black Belts Dan grade certification.

2. AIKF Dan Grade examination will be held prior to the championship.

3. A copy of the black belt certificate issued by the AIKF should be compulsorily
attached and sent with the application and the original has to be carried along and shown at the time of the registration.

4. It is mandatory to have the AIKF membership card which will be issue at the time of registration in order to participate in the Nationals either as a competitor, official, referee or judge. ( Kindly Refer the FEES STRUCTURE).

5. Free Lodging Boarding will be provided to all participants, officials, referees and judges from 3rd June evening with dinner to 8th June, with dinner

DAN GRADING

The candidate appearing for an AIKF Shodan for the first time must necessarily bring his original style Dan grade at the time of registration. For all those candidates who are going for higher grading, need to carry their original certificates of style Dan Grade and the last AIKF Dan Grade.

FEES STRUCTURE OF AIKF ACTIVETIES

1. Fee for Technical Seminar

a. Technical Seminar Rs.750/-

• Kumite Referee Examination Rs.500/-
b. Kata Judge Examination Rs.500/-

c. Tech. Seminar , kata & kumite Rs. 1500/- (examination package )

2. Non-participants/ parents accompanying the participants will have to pay an amount of Rs.1500 toward obtaining nonparticipation card. Boarding and Lodging will be provided along with the participants only.

3. Tournament entry fees for unit members Rs.2000.00

4. Annual subscription for state units Rs. 5000.00

5. Charges towards display of each Banner in and around The Stadium Rs.5000/-

6. 24th AIKF membership card for participants. Rs.200/-.

7. Entry fees Rs.100/ per head per event.

8. Fees for Dan Grading:

Rs. 500 – Sho Dan Rs. 600 - Ni Dan

Rs. 700 – San Dan Rs. 800 – Yon Dan

Rs. 1200 – Go Dan Rs. 1500 – Roku Dan
